Problem: Since COVID-19, workplace habits have rapidly shifted and remote workers may find it difficult to find a productive work area. ALT: As workplaces have rapidly shifted since COVID-19, finding productive, safe work areas outside the home has become increasingly challenging.
Actions:
Conducted interviews with remote workers to collect customer pain points and analyzed industry information
Identified the hospitality industry as an area for pivotal growth and arranged brainstorm and ideation sessions
Developed and tested a digital app interface to collect first round of customer feedback
Result:
Presented a digital app that would allow remote workers to easily find and book nearby available co-working spaces provided remote workers with a workspace while allowing third- party venues to effectively manage their capacity
